The latest generation of the SWARCO ITC-3 introduces Smart AI, representing a major evolution from conventional Smart Adaptive traffic control to an AI-driven traffic prediction algorithm.

Unlike traditional adaptive systems that react only to current traffic conditions, the Smart AI controller continuously learns from real-time traffic patterns and predicts upcoming traffic demand. This enables the controller to optimize signal timings proactively, improving traffic flow before congestion develops.
